Legal framework

Electronic signatures and electronic signature systems are regulated by Regulation (EU) 910/2014 of the European Parliament and by verious local applicable laws. According to the regulation, three types of signatures are defined:

  • (Basic) electronic signature - this is data in electronic form that is attached to or logically associated with other data in electronic form and which the signatory uses to sign;
  • Advanced electronic signature - with this type of signature, the signer "locks" their statement with their private cryptographic key, and the recipient uses the public cryptographic key to read the statement and identify the author. The author is identified by an identifier under their control (usually an email), and the technology (usually Adobe PDF) ensures that the statement arrives unchanged at the recipient. See more about the application of the advanced electronic signature in our blog;
  • Qualified electronic signature - this is an advanced electronic signature that is issued by a qualified (or, in other words, officially registered) trust service provider.

The difference between the three types of signatures is in the possibilities for the level of verification of authenticity that the signature provides. For qualified signatures, a duly registered issuer of the signature guarantees its validity. According to the legal framework, all three types of signatures are legally binding, and the qualified electronic signature also has the legal force of a handwritten signature. The law also states that the legal force of an electronic signature and an advanced electronic signature is equivalent to that of a handwritten signature when this is agreed upon between the parties.

Maladolescenza -1977- Brrip Oldies

Because the film challenged contemporary standards of acceptable screen content, it faced numerous challenges from censorship boards across Europe and beyond. These legal hurdles often led to the film being heavily edited or banned entirely in various territories, contributing to its "cult" status among film historians interested in the history of media regulation. Cinematic Legacy

The history of international film rating systems and censorship bodies.

The digital availability of the film highlights a cultural paradox. While mainstream streaming platforms completely scrub the film due to its illicit content, decentralized digital networks keep it accessible to film historians, underground collectors, and cult cinema enthusiasts. Critical Legacy: Art or Exploitation? Maladolescenza -1977- BRRip Oldies

Decades after its release, the film continues to generate digital footprints across collector networks, file-sharing platforms, and classic cinema forums under the "Oldies" banner. The emergence of formats has renewed historical and analytical interest in this deeply unsettling piece of transgressive 1977 cinema. 🎬 Cinematic Context and Production

(released in English as Playing with Love or Spaghetti House ) remains one of the most controversial and fiercely debated films in cinema history. Directed by Pier Giuseppe Murgia and released in 1977, this West German-Italian co-production blurs the lines between art-house cinema, psychological drama, and transgressive exploitation. Maladolescenza (1977), alternatively known as Playing with Love or Spielen wir Liebe , remains one of the most controversial and fiercely debated films in European cinema history. Directed by Italian filmmaker Pier Giuseppe Murgia, the movie explores the dark, chaotic, and often cruel transition from childhood to adolescence. Decades after its release, the film continues to provoke intense discussion among cinephiles, censors, and film historians.

This article explores the narrative structure, cinematic context, critical controversy, and technical legacy of this infamous piece of 1970s European cinema. The Narrative: A Dark Coming-of-Age Allegory Decades after its release, the film continues to

Concurrently, a sub-genre focusing on the turbulent transition from childhood to adolescence began to emerge. Filmmakers sought to strip away the idealized, sanitized view of youth perpetuated by classic Hollywood, replacing it with raw, often uncomfortable psychological realism. Maladolescenza was conceived within this wave, attempting to capture the primal, untamed, and occasionally cruel nature of adolescent emotional awakening. Narrative and Aesthetic Exploration

, is a controversial Italian-West German "coming-of-age" drama. It is widely notorious for its explicit depictions of pre-adolescent nudity and psychosexual themes, leading to bans and heavy censorship in many countries. Plot Summary

For the historical collector, the release is currently the primary vehicle for preserving the film's complete visual and audio fidelity. However, possession of this format carries a heavy weight. It requires the collector to acknowledge the film's complex legacy: a beautifully shot, haunting pastoral tragedy that is inextricably linked to the real-world harm of its production. Understanding the film's plot, the ages of the actors, the history of its censorship, and the technical flaws of the "Oldies" BRRip transfer is essential for anyone seeking to archive this dark chapter of Italian cinema.

Maladolescenza , also known by its German title Spielen wir Liebe (which translates to "Let's Play Love"), was the vision of director . Released in Italy on December 18, 1977, the film was shot as a co-production between Italy and West Germany, with a runtime of approximately 91 minutes. The title itself is a portmanteau that implies "Bad Adolescence" or "Sick Adolescence," setting the tone for a narrative that refuses to romanticize the transition from childhood to adulthood.

Pricing

Our goal is to eliminate paper-based signing. To achieve this, we make electronic signature tools accessible to absolutely everyone in an organization. That's why with our pricing policy we don't take into account how many people in your company use the platform.

When you pay on a per-user basis, the number of signatures required in a given period is not considered. You may need to sign a larger volume of documents twice a year, but the fixed monthly fee per user remains the same. In such cases, to optimize costs, organizations give access only to a small number of employees. This way you can pay less, but the signing processes start to go through a bottleneck, which inevitably leads to unwanted delays.

We believe that charging per signature, regardless of the number of users, offers complete transparency and is as fair as possible. You only pay for what you will use. Neither more, nor less.

Installation Fee

A one-time fee for creating and setting up your dedicated organization's application.

Prepaid Packages
