Brass hammer, puller (specified in manual), feeler gauge, multimeter with capacitance test, high-temp grease (never WD-40). Clean the points using a fine-grit dressing file

Remove the breaker cap. Clean the points with a hard card stock soaked in solvent (never use emery cloth). Check point gap and re-lubricate the breaker cam follower felt pad with factory-approved magneto grease. puller (specified in manual)
